Your role at Ausgrid 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our People Capability team. Reporting directly to the Head of People Capability, the Capability Projects Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operations and project coordination of key People Capability initiatives. The role is integral in ensuring that initiatives and roadmap deliverables are well organised and coordinated, providing coordination and administration support across multiple concomitant capability projects and maintaining project schedules.

The role will be involved in multiple projects by undertaking activities across a wide-range of People Capability initiatives, under the guidance and support of project leads.

The successful applicant

• Holds a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, Project Management, Marketing, Adult Education or related field
• Has experience in project coordination
• Experienced in providing admin support in complex organisational processes
• Proven ability to build strong engagement across content and projects
• High level communication and interpersonal skills, with developed customer service and relationship building skills
• Has ability to work under pressure to meet business critical deadlines whilst remaining flexible in a changing environment
