Your role at Ausgrid

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our newly centralised People Services team. The People Services team provides transactional, administration, advisory, reporting and systems support for the People and Culture Division.
Reporting to the People Services Lead, the People Services Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and transactional support for the People & Services function including tasks associated with People Strategy & Performance, People Capability and Safety.

• Managing the end to end life cycle of employee’s in HRIS systems for People Strategy & Performance
• Undertaking training administration activities and administration
• Undertaking safety administrative tasks

What we need from you

• Proven experience in providing administrative support activities within functions including but not limited to HR, Safety, Training, People Services etc
• Proven experience being able to work in a fast paced environment with conflicting priorities to achieve KPI’s whilst also ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated high level customer service orientation and skill:
• Extensive experience with actively managing data integrity to support systems.
• Proven experience with technology and the ability to learn new systems with ease and manage multiple systems concurrently.
• Thrives on working with people and is personally committed to behaving in a manner that fosters a positive and professional team environment
