Position Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operations and project coordination of key initiatives and deliverables, in particular related to the Learning and Development area within Organisational Capability.


  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.

  2. Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office and systems.

  3. Prior experience in providing administrative support in complex organisational processes.

  4. Proven ability to build strong engagement across content and projects.

  5. Recognised analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

  6. Ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.

  7. Strong organisation and time management skills.

  8. Established communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders groups.

  9. Highly evident communication skills both written and oral.

  10. Proven capacity to work to a high standard and display initiative in providing solutions.
