Your role at Ausgrid

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Curriculum and Program Manager to join our Organisational Capability team.

Responsible for the redesign and development of a broad curriculum of programs to support Ausgrid’s transformation, including operations training, leadership development, behavioural capabilities, and OD programs.  You will engage across the business to develop the capability frameworks that identify skill and knowledge requirements, and  design assessment methodologies to help leaders understand and prioritise capability gaps.  Using a consultative approach to understand a variety of audiences, you will design interventions that facilitate successful sustained capability development, and manage the development, approval and maintenance of program materials.

We require someone who can draw the lines between business strategy and learning, can manage a large program of simultaneous projects, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and work side-by-side to deliver an ambitious and transformative plan.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with 10 years’ experience in OD/L&D within an industrial environment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing organisational development programs
  • Understanding of organisational challenges when going through organisational capability change
  • Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and a scalable team of developers, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
